How can I see which participants completed their 45- and 90-day requirements on time?

Run Report 3001 – Management Report – Health Services to see if the requirements were completed on time or were late. If no requirements were completed it will display this information as well.

Which report will show participants that have incomplete health requirements?

Report 3015 – Health Requirements or Report 3016 – EHS Health Requirements both contain participants who have not completed their health requirements. Report setup options include:

  • view records based on the completion status
  • an option to select specific event types

Our staff needs to know who has not completed their first education home visit. Where can I find that information?

If your 1st Education Home Visit is set up in ChildPlus as a requirement, Report 2515 – Education Requirements can provide that information. If home visits are not included in a requirement set, refer to Report 2535 – Latest Occurrence of Education Events.

How does our agency track new enrollees that meet or still need at least one of the requirements for screenings for PIR C.27?

Add your new PIR as soon as the next school year starts so you can begin tracking newly enrolled (PIR C.26) and progress for screenings (PIR C.27). For follow up, run Report 9714 – Developmental Screenings for Newly Enrolled Children.
