You create a lot of material for ChildPlus University, what has been your favorite so far?

The Training Scramble!! program is my favorite. The cover concepts, the map of the conference space and the schedule layout – I love it all. Each year I look forward to improving the program’s usability by taking on the challenge of visually organizing all of the information in a layout that is not only engaging but helpful to our clients, especially when it comes to formatting the daily session schedules in a way that is easy to understand.

What is something unique about ChildPlus users?

Many of our users primarily use their desktop instead of mobile devices to access our emails and other web content within their agencies. This is unique because today more people are using mobile devices to access content on-the-go.
