How long have you worked at ChildPlus Software?

I will be at ChildPlus for two years in May.

What did you do before coming to work at ChildPlus?

Before coming to ChildPlus I was an Associate Director for Northern Kentucky Head Community Action Commission Head Start.

What is your favorite feature of the DRDP© in ChildPlus?

I love our DRDP reports because agencies have the ability to see real-time data that will easily help them reach their goals.

What is your favorite ChildPlus feature?

My favorite ChildPlus feature is Module Designer. While still at my Head Start program we moved to an all paperless program. Using Module Designer allowed us to create forms and streamline processes while going paperless.

Recruitment is essential to Head Start agencies. What recruitment tips would you give ChildPlus users?

The motto at most Head Start Agencies is that “Recruitment is Everyone’s Job!” I have helped many programs create a Recruitment Module in Module Designer to track recruitment efforts. Also, don’t forget to use the Online Application, this saves so much data entry time.

What is your favorite thing to do outside of ChildPlus?

My favorite thing to do outside of ChildPlus is travel and I LOVE Disney World!
