- Add an Education Event called 30M EHS Transition to the Health and Education Requirement Set
- Configure this set to apply to participants that will turn 30 months old during the program year
If your agency creates this Requirement Set, use this feature to run Report 2515 – Education Requirements to monitor the Head Start Performance Standard 1302.71(b).
This report:

- includes the program official’s signature lines and Submitted to checkboxes on the last page of the participant’s record. This allows the agency to use the report to close out a participant’s Education record
- allows parents to have the information on hand when applying for kindergarten or when transitioning from Early Head Start to Head Start
