ChildPlus University certification is an opportunity to be formally recognized for your knowledge of ChildPlus. This comprehensive course establishes your foundational understanding of the software and the flow and connectivity of data. Become CPU certified after completing the course and following the requirements pertaining to testing or project creation and submission. The certification course registration price is for one individual. You are welcome to register more than one individual from your agency. Everyone who registers must pay for the course.

Is registration by agency or person?
The certification course registration price is for one individual. You are welcome to register more than one individual from your agency. Everyone who registers must pay for the course.
Does my certification expire?
Yes, to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the service area, certifications expire two years from the date of the exam.
Can we make a staff substitution?
Will I receive documents?
Yes, all materials for the course will be delivered through the online learning management system (LMS). The online LMS is where you will go for documents, instruction and coursework. You will receive login information prior to the beginning of the course.
When is payment for the course due?
How will I log into the certification?
Can my agency have more than one account for the certification course?
If there is only one registrant per agency, then how do my coworkers access the system?
We have multiple staff members that need to take the course. Can each staff member watch the videos, complete the individual lessons and take the quiz at the same time and in their own time?
Health Services Data Entry and Program Oversight Certification

This online certification covers all aspects of data entry and setup. A thorough examination connects the participant’s information to the PIR data, compliance standards and well-being of the participant. Staff learn to interpret health services reports to improve and expand monitoring skills. The course illuminates how setup drives the data entry and reporting. Using instructions, examples and assignments, learners are equipped to dissect data for various applications. This includes but is not limited to the holistic assessment of each participant, government reporting and national and local regulations.
